Staff & Governance

The PAWSS program is administered by a staff consisting of a Director (who also serves as the Five College Professor of Peace and World Security Studies) and an Assistant Director. The program's offices are located on the campus of Hampshire College in Amherst, Mass.

Overall policy for the PAWSS program is determined by a Five College Faculty Steering Committee composed of representatives of the member institutions. Oversight is also provided by the staff of Five Colleges Inc., the consortial arm of the member institutions.
